A legal disclaimer

1. General

1.1 These warranty terms apply to the furniture products (“Products”) purchased in Australia from Cloud Living (“we”, “us”, “our”) by the original purchaser (“you”, “your”).
1.2 Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, you are entitled to:

a replacement or refund for a major failure; and

compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
1.3 This warranty is in addition to your rights under the ACL, and does not replace or limit them.
1.4 Warranty periods begin on the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase.

3. What’s Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear & tear, fabric pilling, foam softening, colour fading.

Damage due to misuse, neglect, abuse, stains, burns, or accidental damage.

Improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals.

Use for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes.

Floor samples, seconds, or clearance items sold “as is”.

Costs of transport, pickup, delivery, or reinstallation (unless otherwise agreed).

Damage caused by unauthorised repairs or modifications.

Variations in natural materials such as timber grain or leather texture.
