3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, and other options displayed at checkout.

  • Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received or agreed payment terms are met.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Free local delivery applies within Perth and Peel regions. Deliveries outside these areas are charged at $1 per km.

  • Same-day delivery is available depending on schedule and stock.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery area is accessible and suitable for furniture placement.

  • Cloud Living is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen transport issues.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final, except where goods are faulty or not as described.

  • Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

  • Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality (e.g., small fabric variations or cleaning traces) do not qualify for refunds.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after review and approval.

6. Warranty

  • New sofas include a limited manufacturer’s warranty as stated in the product listing.

  • Pre-owned or refurbished sofas are sold as-is, unless otherwise stated.

  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, pets, accidents, or natural wear and tear.

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, videos, and graphics—is the property of Cloud Furniture Pty Ltd.
