Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Cloud Living website operated by Cloud Furniture Pty Ltd.

By using our website or purchasing products from Cloud Living, you agree to these terms.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights available under Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot legally be excluded.

Products

Cloud Living sells both brand new and pre-loved furniture.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, measurements, photographs, condition information and pricing are accurate.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and display settings.

Measurements are approximate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Pre-Loved Furniture

Pre-loved products are individually sourced pieces and may have reasonable signs of previous use.

We aim to disclose significant known marks, wear or imperfections.

Customers are encouraged to inspect pre-loved furniture at our showroom or request additional photographs or video before purchasing.

Once a unique pre-loved item is sold, another identical item may not be available.

Brand New Furniture

Product appearance and dimensions may have small variations caused by manufacturing tolerances, materials or production batches.

These variations do not affect any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cloud Living reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, description or website errors.

Where an error affects an existing order, we will contact the customer before proceeding.

Orders

An order is not considered finally accepted until payment or any agreed deposit has been received and Cloud Living has confirmed the order.

Cloud Living may cancel or decline an order where:

A product is unavailable
An incorrect price has been displayed
An order appears fraudulent
Delivery cannot reasonably be completed
Another genuine operational issue prevents fulfilment

If Cloud Living cancels a paid order, amounts paid for the cancelled goods will be refunded as appropriate.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered before they arrive in Australia.

Estimated arrival dates are provided in good faith but may change due to manufacturing, shipping, port, customs or logistics delays.

Any specific deposit or payment conditions for a pre-order will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

Payments

Available payment methods may vary depending on the product.

Cloud Living may use third-party payment providers to securely process transactions.

Payment information processed directly by those providers is subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers must provide accurate delivery information and advise Cloud Living about stairs, restricted access, apartments or other circumstances that may affect delivery.

Returns and Consumer Guarantees

Returns, refunds, repairs and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law rights cannot be excluded by these terms.

Trade-Ins

Any trade-in value discussed before inspection is an estimate unless expressly confirmed as final.

Cloud Living may inspect the item before confirming a trade-in value.

Trade-in offers may take into account condition, age, cleanliness, brand, style, resale demand and structural condition.

Website text, branding, photographs and other original content belonging to Cloud Living must not be copied or commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law.
