Cloud Living provides local furniture delivery from our Jandakot, Western Australia location.

Free Delivery Area

FREE delivery is available for eligible Cloud Living sofa purchases throughout:

Perth metropolitan area
North Perth metropolitan areas
South Perth metropolitan areas
Peel Region

Delivery eligibility may depend on reasonable vehicle access and the delivery address.

Areas Outside Our Free Delivery Zone

For deliveries outside the Perth metropolitan and Peel Region delivery area, additional delivery charges may apply.

Our standard additional-distance delivery rate is:

$1 per kilometre

Please contact us before purchasing if you are unsure whether your address is included within our free delivery area.

Delivery Scheduling

Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery dates and time windows are arranged depending on location, delivery routes, stock availability and other scheduled deliveries.

Any delivery time provided is an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Furniture Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased furniture can reasonably fit through:

Doors
Hallways
Stairways
Lifts
Building entrances
Other access points

Please check the product dimensions and access to your property before delivery.

If unusual or difficult access is involved, including apartments, stairs, restricted parking or other access limitations, please let us know before delivery.

Delivery & Setup

Where applicable, our delivery team may assist with bringing the sofa into the home, positioning or setting it up and removing packaging associated with the delivered furniture.

The exact service provided may depend on the product and accessibility of the property.

Failed Delivery

Additional charges may apply where a delivery cannot reasonably be completed because:

Nobody is available to receive the furniture at the arranged time
Incorrect delivery information was provided
Safe or reasonable access has not been provided
The furniture cannot fit through the available access points

We will contact you to arrange another delivery where necessary.

Pre-Orders and Incoming Stock

Estimated arrival dates for pre-order products are estimates only and can be affected by manufacturing, shipping, customs, port congestion or other circumstances outside Cloud Living's reasonable control.

We will keep customers informed of material changes to expected arrival or delivery dates.
