Returns & Refunds Policy

Cloud Living is committed to providing products that meet the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.

Brand New Sofas

Our brand new products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

If a problem is not considered a major failure, Cloud Living may provide an appropriate remedy such as repair or replacement within a reasonable time.

You may also be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a failure covered by Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Cloud Living does not automatically provide refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Change-of-mind requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Loved Sofas

Pre-loved sofas are individually inspected second-hand products and may show signs of previous use consistent with their age and condition.

Any known significant marks, wear or defects will be disclosed where reasonably possible before purchase.

We strongly encourage customers to:

• Inspect the sofa in person at our Jandakot showroom before purchasing; or

• Request detailed photos and/or a video tour before confirming their purchase.

Where Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply, your rights remain unaffected by the second-hand nature of the product.

A customer will generally not be entitled to a remedy for a condition, mark or defect that was clearly disclosed before purchase.

Product Inspection

Where appropriate, Cloud Living may need to inspect a product before determining the appropriate remedy.

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe there is an issue with your purchase.
