Who is Cloud Living?
Cloud Living is a family-run, Perth-based sofa business with a walk-in showroom in Jandakot, south of the river. We sell brand-new sofas imported direct from the factory and quality pre-loved sofas from brands like Nick Scali, King Living, Harvey Norman, Freedom and Amart. We've served over 3,000 Perth customers and have a 5.0-star rating from 110+ Google reviews.
Where can I buy a cloud sofa in Perth?
At Cloud Living in Jandakot. Our own cloud sofa range (Cumulus, King Cloud, Nimbus and Stratus) is imported direct from the factory, so you get the deep, sink-in cloud look at well below big-retailer prices. See our cloud sofas or come and sit on them in the showroom.
Which brands of pre-loved sofas do you sell?
Our pre-loved range regularly includes Nick Scali, King Living, Harvey Norman, Freedom and Amart sofas, at up to 70% off their original retail price. Stock changes quickly, so check the current collection.
Where do your pre-loved sofas come from?
We source our pre-loved sofas three ways: from Perth customers selling their sofa to us, from customer returns and liquidation stock from major furniture retailers, and from trade-ins when customers upgrade to a brand-new sofa. Every sofa is inspected before we take it, then gets 15+ hours of restoration and professional steam cleaning before it goes on sale.
Do you buy used sofas?
Yes. If you have a good-quality sofa from a brand like Nick Scali, King Living, Harvey Norman, Freedom or Amart, send us photos on WhatsApp and we'll let you know if we can buy it. If you're upgrading, you can also trade it in for up to $1,000 off a brand-new sofa.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
No. Our Jandakot showroom is open for walk-ins Monday to Saturday, 11am to 4pm. Sunday visits are by appointment.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Often, yes. Same-day delivery is often available across Perth, so message us early in the day and we'll let you know. Delivery is free from Yanchep to Mandurah (Perth Metro & Peel).
Our Sofas
Do you sell new or pre-loved sofas?
Both. We sell brand-new sofas imported directly from manufacturers, and quality pre-loved sofas from well-known brands.
Are pre-loved sofas cleaned before sale?
Yes. Every pre-loved sofa goes through 15+ hours of restoration, professional steam cleaning and detailing before it goes on sale. If a sofa has any visible wear or imperfections, we tell you upfront.
Can I see a video of a sofa before visiting?
Yes. We can send extra photos or a video walkthrough of any sofa. Just message us on WhatsApp with the sofa you're interested in. We also post video tours in our Facebook group, Couch Drop Deal Perth by Cloud Living.
Can I see and try a sofa in person?
Yes. Visit our Jandakot showroom to sit on and inspect our sofas before you buy. Pre-loved stock changes quickly, so message us before you come to check a particular sofa is still available.
Why are your prices lower than big retailers?
Our brand-new sofas are imported directly from the manufacturer, without the extra layers of a big retail chain. Our pre-loved sofas give you brands like Nick Scali, King Living, Harvey Norman, Freedom and Amart at up to 70% off their original retail price.
Trade-Ins
Do you accept sofa trade-ins?
Yes. Your current sofa could be worth $100 to $1,000 off a new one, depending on its brand, condition, age, size and style. See how trade-ins work.
What can I use my trade-in value on?
Trade-in value can be used on any sofa from our brand-new range.
How fast will I get a trade-in estimate?
Send us photos on WhatsApp and we'll usually reply with an estimate the same day. The final value is confirmed when we inspect the sofa at collection.
What if my old sofa has no trade-in value?
We can still take it away for you for a removal fee, so you don't have to deal with it. Ask us when you message.
Delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes, delivery is free across Perth Metro and the Peel Region, from Yanchep to Mandurah, and same-day delivery is often available. Outside these areas, delivery is $1 per kilometre. See delivery information.
Do you just drop the sofa at the door?
No. We deliver into your home and, where applicable, unpack and set up your sofa and take the packaging away at no extra charge.
What if my home has stairs or narrow access?
Please message us before you buy so we can check access. Many of our modular sofas come in separate pieces, which makes tight doorways and hallways much easier.

How do I buy a sofa?
Brand-new sofas can be bought directly on our website. Pre-loved sofas are one-offs, so just message us on WhatsApp or visit the showroom to buy.

What is your returns policy?
Brand-new sofas are covered by the guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns are assessed case by case. Read our full returns policy.
